Cancellation Policy
As a busy mom of three, I truly understand that life happens and plans can change. That’s why I offer free cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If something comes up, please reach out—I’m always willing to work with you, especially in certain circumstances.
However, last-minute cancellations make it very difficult to fill your reserved time. For this reason, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost, especially in cases of repeated cancellations, and may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Clients who frequently cancel last minute will be required to pay a deposit to secure future bookings.
I do my best to remain understanding, and fees may be waived in the case of emergencies with reasonable communication and proof.
